This is a source library, not the final Petition to Audit packet. Sources are grouped by issuing body or source type. Public government reports and statutes are treated differently from media or contextual reporting. Media sources are listed only as contextual references and do not independently establish audit findings.

This library is limited to public-facing source materials. It does not publish private correspondence, sealed/confidential records, internal paths, private file links, unreviewed working files, sensitive case materials, or old draft packet PDFs.
